PCB BOARD DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

Must haves - STM development board should be able to be attached - Module headers for peripheral devices (figure out specifications for header modules) - Power rails for 3.3v and 5.0v pins to power the dev board and other peripherals (look into how rails won't fry things) - Slot for radio communication adapter. - Maybe a breakout of the pins we are going to use.
